As you may know, Firelands instance will be introduced to the game, at 4.2 Content Patch. So our target changes to finalise our 25-man before it will it be released, in order to progress in it to 25-man Normal Mode and afterwards to 25-man Heroic Mode. Till then, we will continue doing most of our raids in 25-man (3 Raids) and one 10-man Heroic Mode per week (1 Day) so we can better improve our kills record. But, this is not our focus at the moment. We dont find any worth to press more the team to kill bosses in 10-man, as the final destination for us, is 25-man Progression. 

So to do that, in our HQ if u ever visit us, you will find the above postit notes, about the needs we have and what's our focus. If you plan to just kill some heroic bosses at the moment, maybe we are not the best guild for you, as our plan is to strengthen our team towards Firelands Instance. Till then we will continue killing farm bosses and make a slower progression in Heroic Modes for 10-man, and when the team is more complete, than it is now, be able to have 25-man Heroic Mode progress kills also. 

We could go fully on 10-man Heroic Mode, and have now maybe 5-6 Heroic Mode Kills. And what that will mean towards 4.2? Nothing....What that will mean towards Deathwing? Nothing, as in the process whould have been much more people sitting on the bench doing nothing, as it happens in most of the guilds we see that progress in 10-man Heroic Mode. You like to sit in the bench? If yes, continue do so, you are not the player we are looking for

We offer our players (the Kuge team, means the Core Raiders of the Guild) Guild Repairs from our Guild Bank, Caundrons in Progress Nights, Mats for Enchants and a vast community that we are maintaining it since 2006. I believe what must question yourself, is not which is the guild that may seems that make Heroic Progress 10-man Kills now. As if they already making 10-man Kills in Heroic Mode, propably they wont need you more than to warm their bench .What in my opinion, must occupy your minds, is which is the guild that i will progress through Cataclysm. For us the race is about Deathwing. This is the target and to achieve killing this target when it will become available, we have specific goals we have to achieve till then. We are on this road, and we are looking for some few companions for our band of brothers. Can u compete in our level? Can u embrace our goals and in the same way aquire loots, fame, titles and achievements? If yes, then drop us an application. But read the whole text, not the last 2-3 lines. Check our board Postit Notes. Try to understand what we mean in each line. Ask to talk with us, ask to undrerstand why we play with this goal, what's our target and why we make every move. If u just want a place to be inside we are not what you are looking for. If ur target is not Deathwing and how you can drink from his blood, with ur band of brothers...then clearly you dont belong here...
